There are three ways to be guided into Breathwork by me.

The most affordable way is to join one of my Online Group Breathwork journeys for womxn. If your organization or company would like a uniquely packaged breathwork experience, I can set up a breathwork experience for you! If you want to go deeper into your unique experience, we can meet one on one in Stockholm or online.

  1. Online Group Breathwork journeys for womxn

Every 6-9 weeks, I am opening a container for weekly breathwork sessions for womxn. In those, you are taken on a journey. The programme is designed in a way so that you get all the know how on how to use your breath optimally in day to day situations. But more importantly, each week you will be guided into a deeper and new connection to your physical, emotional and energetic body and get to share all experiences in a closed group of womxn. The sessions are typically 1:30 hs long and take place every Wednesday from 5:30-7 pm CEST.
The next Breathe well - 9-week Breathwork container will start on the 17th of August 2022.

2. Breathwork for your company or organization

Would like to bring your team to a bonding and growing experience?
Would you want to offer your employees to have tools to regulate stress levels?
Would like to support your team members in knowing how to use their breath before big events, presentations, or deadlines?

A Breathwork wellness workshop might do all of the things above and more!
I’ve held many wellbeing events for universities, software companies, and co-working spaces and would love to collaborate with you! I’ve spent years in the intersection between academia, business and breath, and know how to create a workshop adapted to your organizations culture and demands.
I can organize the location in Stockholm and/or hold online workshops around Breathwork for you who work remotely. Drop me a message below and let’s talk!


3. 1:1 Breathwork sessions with me

During one on one sessions, I hold the safe container for your healing in person or virtually. Guided and held safely by me, you can release stored emotions, expand your capacity for life’s up and downs, change limiting beliefs and heal the emotional, physical, and spiritual body. My sessions combine intuitive coaching, active breathing, and relaxation and are uniquely geared towards the people I work with.

How I work with Breathwork:


In my approach, I use a variety of Breathwork practices, some of which activate and energize you. Other ways relax you (through sighs, elongated exhales etc.). I have a profound understanding of the breath’s impact on your physio-psychology, and therefore will adapt each session to your specific journey, goals, and desires.
I have been trained to hold 1:1 and group sessions by Erin Telford and David Elliot. I’m also a certified hale Breathwork guide. This, together with my understanding of the nervous system, influences each session.
